I highly recommend this company, especially Paul and his colleague! We discovered a mouse issue in our kitchen and reached out to them through our landlord. They were incredibly responsive and came to investigate on the exact same day.
Paul and his colleague were extremely thorough, careful, and professional in checking all potential entry points. They eventually found the root cause: an old pipe connecting the garden to the kitchen. They immediately blocked the entrances of the pipe on the same day and placed some mouse blocks to monitor if there is any further activity. They have also scheduled a follow-up visit within two weeks to inspect our house again.
