Paul is an absolute star, remarkably patient. Waited for ages sitting on our sofa waiting for the Jackdaw who had decided to hide under our hearth to come out. When it did and started flying around the living room he caught it mid air with such ease then released it. Quick to respond with a very fair price. Would highly recommend
